Stéfanie Rondou-Pontbriand

Senior Manager, Climate Change & Aircraft Noise, Air Canada

Stéfanie Rondou-Pontbriand holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering as well as a master’s degree in international studies. Concerned with environmental and climate change issues, Stéfanie has worked as a greenhouse gas (GHG) expert for technology accelerators and with large industrial Canadian companies before joining Air Canada.

As the Senior Manager, Climate Change and Aircraft Noise, Stéfanie provides subject matter expertise in the development of Air Canada’s climate change long-term strategy and the implementation of its Climate Action Plan. Stefanie is also responsible for the development and delivery of environmental programs to ensure compliance to air emission with Canadian and international regulations and organizational commitments. Her environmental expertise in GHG and air emissions is used for both GHG emission reduction projects from aircraft and Air Canada’s ground operations and corporate buildings.
