Pauline Grafos
Pauline Grafos is the Manager, ESG & Sustainability Programs at Edmonton International Airport and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). In this transversal role, she leads the integration of environmental, social, and governance initiatives into airport operations and long-term planning.
Leveraging her background in audit and financial reporting, she applies accounting discipline, governance expertise, and professional judgment to align corporate sustainability strategies with operational practices, strengthen governance structures, enhance climate-related disclosures, and support informed decision-making by executives and the board.
Pauline holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Queen’s University.
