Pamela is a dedicated sustainable tourism expert and entrepreneur, committed to leveraging travel for both planetary and societal wellbeing. With an MSc in Tourism & International Development, she has 15+ years in the industry spanning guest services, strategic partnerships, and consulting.

In 2020, Pamela established Mosaic Earth Travel, a niche small-group tour operator on a mission to bolster responsible, community-based tourism in remote regions of Western Canada. Collaborating closely with local communities and DMOs, she crafts educational multi-day itineraries that combine nature-based adventure, ethical wildlife viewing, and Indigenous culture.

Beyond Mosaic Earth, Pamela excels as a sustainable tourism consultant, focusing on sustainability planning and experience design. Her prior role with a BC consultancy saw her lead the creation of a globally-recognized certification program for tourism enterprises and destinations. Based in Squamish, Pamela contributes as a Squamish Climate Action Network board member and manages diverse initiatives via the Squamish Community Foundation.
