Joe Naaman is a tourism strategist and founder of Wild Sage Advisors, where he works with destinations and tourism organizations on long-term strategy, place development, and creating greater value for communities. He is the author of Tourism That Matters and has developed several frameworks for helping destinations better understand themselves and plan for their future, including the Destination Vibe Quotient (DVQ) and Destination Investment Preparedness Assessment (DIPA). Joe previously served as Managing Partner of Twenty31, which was acquired by Skift, and subsequently as Managing Director of Skift Advisory. Over nearly two decades, his work has taken him across tourism, travel, government, and economic development in destinations around the world.
